Forgot Your ChevronCars.com Account Username or Password?
If you already have a ChevronCars.com account, but don't remember your username or password, you can have a new password sent to you if your correct email address is in your ChevronCars.com account.
Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure to enter capital and lower case letters exactly as when you created your account. In general, if you don't remember your password, enter your username currently in your account on the Forgot Password link on the login page.
This will only work if your email address is in your ChevronCars.com account. Once you have your new password, you can log in to your account.
If you still experience problems, please contact ChevronCars.com with the following information and Customer Service will attempt to look up your account and re-set your password manually:
- Username (if known)
- Date of Birth
- Email Address in Account
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
