Fuller Fire Truck Has Arrived!
A much anticipated brand new car has just joined the Chevron Cars family. Meet Fuller Fire Truck, a dependable and determined red rig who is passionate about teaching folks about fire safety. He fuels his passion by speaking publicly on fire prevention tips and specific things everyone can do to help prevent fires in their homes. Fuller joined the Chevron Cars neighborhood on Nov.17th and he has already helped his good friend Patty Patrol to keep the town safe.
Fuller Fire Truck is is now available online and at select Chevron retail locations. Fuller comes with a firehouse dog that can ride along or jump out and play on a fire ladder that lifts, swivels and extends.
You can also watch Fuller Fire Truck come to life in Fuller's Firehouse. Play games, test your fire prevention and safety knowledge with several interactive quizzes, or download a free activity book and fire safety prevention tips. You may also read a summary of important fire safety tips in a new article just posted in the Learn section of the website.

I was excited to finally see a Firetruck but was disappointed {as well as my 4 year old} when we found that the doors don't open. Quality matters! The last thing I need is another cheaply made toy!

I got mine 12 24 08. I got Fuller, ASU and Gonzaga Victors. Then, Santa gave me the slip and gave me another Gonzaga and ASU Victor!

Fuller was well worth the wait. Thanks! Hopefully the next unit to come out will be an ambulance to further honor our emergency response personnel who often go way beyond the call of duty for our sake and safety.

Finally! Everyone's questions are answered. Fuller is a great name for a fire truck because he is full of excitement. He does look like the fire trucks that come though my neighborhood.So, don't judge a truck by his looks. Awesome job, Chevron!

I do wish the doors opened; it seems the newer cars are coming out with doors that can't be opened, a step down in quality. But at least we do finally have our fire truck!

Glad to finally see a new car - and finally a fire engine! I also agree with Dutch that the design is a bit lacking in imagination and lines. Less and less of the "cars" have doors that open and especially with something like a fire engine and just before Christmas, an engine whose doors opened and perhaps whose emergency flashers could actually be made to light somehow (though no car so far has any electrical components and that would up the price a bit) might have added some "punch" to Fuller. Yes, I too would love to see an ambulance, postal delivery vehicle and a package delivery van/truck on the order of a FedEx, DHL or UPS (though I realize those are proprietary names) vehicle.

Glad to see Fuller Fire Truck...please we need more than just once a year for new releases....
Also be aware there are unscrupulous people on Ebay listing this Fire Truck and stating it's "Sold out" everywhere.
This Chevron Car was just released on Monday Nov. 17th. I bought mine at a Chevron station on Monday.
Fuller Fire Truck is also for sale on the Chevron website... so don't despair ...Fuller is available!
I might go buy a second one....lol

I was REALLY looking forward to the firetruck. I just got my firetruck and I'm pretty disappointed. The styling is flat and unimaginative, the detailing is shallow. What ever happened to the cab style of the gas tanker and car carrier? Those were very detailed, this detailing is about as exciting as a new sports van, it's a red box. As a collector with two of everything (and a gold Dusty), I see the quality of the cars deteriorating and am not happy about it.

I believe that adding a fire truck was a smart decision. I hope there will be an ambulance coming out soon in '09. Perhaps Aaron or Anthony would work. My dad just can't find it anywhere here in Southern CA!
