Frankie's Updated Collection
Our active Chevron Cars Blog fan, Frankie, has expanded his 35-car collection since we met him back in 2006. Three years later, Frankie now owns a whopping 53 Chevron Cars, which he calls his "MEGA" collection. Frankie writes us:
"I've been working my way upwards since 2004, now it's 2009, & this collection is almost complete! I just need to find Davey Driver, Taylor Taxi, Hope 01, 02 & 03. That's going to make my awesome collection complete!"

Josh, I got Hope 01, Davey Driver & Taylor Taxi from Craigslist who asked to meet us in SF, so that's where they came from for me. Oh, & thanks for the advise. I might just use eBay to get the car for this holiday season... along with New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Great Frankie! How'd you get the Hope 01? Anyway I do think you should sell the second one if you get it. Then maybe, if you sold it on ebay, you could make some bucks to buy the car the comes out later!

Hey, Josh, I'm going to be getting Devotion sometime this week, I just know it! My grandparents got me one the day she came out, & someone that my mom works with is also getting one for me, so I'm gonna end up with 2! Should I sell one of them?

Really cool collection Frankie! I know how you feel with the missing cars, since I'm missing Hope 2001. I think the reason I have 02 and 03 is I have been collecting since 2002 instead of 2004. Also I think by now you are missing Devotion too. Here's a tip: beg your parents to take you more than one Chevron. I live in the Salt Lake Valley
and there are 11 Chevron Stations. Well, my dad bought it at his 4th station try. However I was at a Utah Jazz game so I didn't get it till 11
that night. Anyway you don't need to know half of what I just wrote but I talk like mad.So sorry and good luck.

I have a big box full of metal chevron cars and trucks and a handful of plastic ones all in their original unopened boxes. Are they worth any thing?
